Specialized Care

Memory Care is proud to have a Unit Manager who holds the Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) credential—a specialized certification designed for professionals who supervise teams caring for individuals with dementia.

With this advanced training, the Unit Manager is equipped to recognize changes in residents’ conditions and promptly coordinate with the care team to address evolving needs. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are supported by knowledgeable staff under the guidance of a CDP. Additionally, a dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant leads engaging, meaningful activities tailored to the neighborhood’s residents every day of the week.
