On August 23, 2025, Melody Living Lake in the Hills’ Independent Living neighborhood came alive with music, laughter, and community spirit during one of our highly attended summer celebrations. From the very first note played by the incredibly talented Groove & Co., guests knew this was going to be more than just another Saturday afternoon; it was a day to kick back, enjoy life, and connect with friends and neighbors. The event combined all the elements of a perfect summer day:

Their soulful, high-energy performance had toes tapping, hands clapping, and even a few spontaneous dance moves breaking out on the patio. Their mix of familiar favorites and upbeat hits brought a joyful vibe to the whole community.

A Sparkling Bonus Car Wash Service

While attendees enjoyed the festivities, their cars got the VIP treatment, emerging spotless and shining in the summer sun. Talk about multi-tasking in style!

Delicious Eats & Cool Treats

Guests refueled with mouthwatering food and topped it off with refreshing snow cones — the perfect antidote to the August heat.

Fun & Games for All Ages

From cheering each other on at the Human Slot Machine to trying their luck at other exciting games, laughter and friendly competition filled the air.

This Fundraiser was a Win-Win! For just $25, adults enjoyed the Full Groove experience: live entertainment, a car wash, tasty bites, and an icy treat. Kids had their own $12 Full Groove package, complete with food, snow cones, and all the fun the day had to offer.

More than just an event, Full Groove was a perfect reflection of life at Melody Living Lake in the Hills — vibrant, engaging, and designed with our residents and neighbors in mind. It was a chance to enjoy good music, great food, and meaningful connections, all without leaving the comfort of our beautiful community.
